How do I pay Pixcle Shells?
Currently Pixlce Shells is only accepting payment via Bank Transfer (Malaysian Bank Account) or Cash (Collection point would be SS2, Petaling Jaya). How to connect into ShoutCast?
For Deejay who which to broadcast, you must first have the DJ version of ShoutCast available from www.shoutcast.com that only supports WinAmp player version 2.X.

For listeners, you just have to open your favourite audio player and add the streaming URL with port into your player and wait for it to load.

How to change Vhost for Eggdrop?
Open your eggdrop *.conf file with your favourite editor. Go to the line "set my-hostname" and change the VHost you want there and "set my-ip" to the VHost IP. After that save your *.conf than you will have to restart your eggdrop. Eg:
set my-hostname "owned.by.amos.name"
set my-ip "88.88.88.88"

What is SSH?

Why is the connection to the server so slow sometimes?
There are several possibilities when the server's connection becomes slow.
1. Traffic congestion to/from the backbones.
2. DoS or DDoS attacks.
3. Your ISP link to our IDC is bad.
4. Server loads are high.

Firstly, don't panic. This issue can be solved by just emailing to our support team support[at]pixcle.net.
